標題[請問] 熱敷的好方法

之前打球扭傷腳踝有去給中醫師看 看了還蠻多次的 之後發現腳還是有一點不舒服 想要自己熱敷 但如果整隻腳泡進熱水裡還蠻浪費水的 每次都要裝一大桶水 有甚麼熱敷的好方法嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.132.123.137
