102嘉南區四技二專夜間登記分發

本人是今年準統測生
但對嘉南區夜間登記分發(四技) 有下列問題想問

1.6/6~6/13的通訊報名
他要的文件裡有一項是要學歷(力)證明也就是畢業證書
可是我們6/17號才畢業，那沒畢業證書怎麼辦呢?
可以用什麼代替嗎?

2.那填志願的時候
例如1.台南應用科技大學-視傳
　　2.南台科技大學-視傳

結果我進了南應大，可是最後它卻 [未額滿]
這樣未額滿還會開班嗎?(101年幾乎都未額滿)
會被自動轉系嗎?
還是會直接順位錄取南台大?

請真正懂得人回答 20點奉上QAQ
